Private Prenatal Yoga

Pregnancy brings big physical, hormonal, and emotional changes. Private prenatal yoga provides a safe and supportive way to stay active while caring for your changing body and preparing for birth.

Each session is tailored to your stage of pregnancy, fitness level, and personal goals. Together, we'll focus on improving strength, mobility, posture, balance, and overall comfort while addressing common pregnancy discomforts such as back pain, hip tension, pelvic discomfort, and tight shoulders.

Your practice will also include exercises to strengthen and support the pelvic floor and deep core muscles, helping to promote better posture and reduce the risk of diastasis recti. Through mindful movement, you'll build the strength and body awareness needed to support a healthy pregnancy and prepare for labor and delivery.

Breathwork, meditation, and relaxation techniques are integrated into every class to help reduce stress, regulate the nervous system, and provide practical tools for labor, birth preparation, and the transition into motherhood.

Private Postnatal Yoga

Private postnatal yoga is designed to support your postpartum recovery by helping you safely rebuild strength, restore mobility, and reconnect with your body after childbirth.

Each class is personalized to your recovery, whether you've had a vaginal birth or a cesarean birth, and progresses at a pace that feels right for you. Sessions focus on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength, improving posture, relieving tension in the neck, shoulders, and back, and gradually restoring flexibility through safe, mindful movement.

Beyond the physical benefits, postnatal yoga creates space to care for your mental and emotional well-being. Breathwork, meditation, and relaxation practices can help reduce stress, increase energy, and encourage a greater sense of balance during this new chapter of motherhood.

Whether your goal is to return to exercise safely, recover from pregnancy and birth, or simply take time to nurture yourself, every session is customized to provide the support you need.

One of the beautiful aspects of private postnatal yoga is that your baby is always welcome to be part of the practice. If you'd like, sessions can include Baby & Me yoga, allowing you to bond with your little one while continuing to care for yourself. Depending on your baby's age, the class may incorporate mindful movements, gentle stretches, and playful interactions that support your baby's development while giving you the opportunity to rebuild strength, improve mobility, and enjoy meaningful time together. Every session remains flexible and baby-led, leaving space for feeding, diaper changes, or simply responding to your baby's needs.
