Hi there!
I'm Daniela, and here’s a little bit about me.

I'm originally from Colombia and moved to New York City in the fall of 2021, where I currently live with my husband and work full-time as a yoga instructor.

Growing up, I always wanted to be a doctor. I was fascinated by the human body and felt a deep desire to help others. Life took me on a different path, but I eventually found my calling through yoga.
Today, I'm living my dream — practicing and teaching yoga and meditation every day. Over the years, these practices have been my steady companions through life’s ups and downs, helping me develop a more conscious, grounded, and intentional approach to life.
My personal journey with yoga began 13 years ago when I took my first Hatha class with my mom. From that moment on, I was captivated — not just by the physical benefits, but by how yoga supported my mental and emotional well-being.

In 2019, after attending a yoga retreat in Bali, I connected with the practice on a deeper level. I realized yoga was more than just a hobby — it was a true passion that I wanted to explore and share with others. That same year, I completed my first 200-hour Yoga and Meditation Teacher Training in Medellín, Colombia, where I was living at the time.
In 2022, I traveled to Rishikesh, India, and stayed for over a month. This was a truly transformative experience, both personally and spiritually. I completed a 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training program that deeply expanded my understanding of yoga and meditation.

I’ve always been fascinated by the mind-body connection. Through both self-study and a comprehensive course, I deepened my knowledge of neuroscience, which I now integrate into my sessions and mentorships.

Through my own life experiences and continued learning, I’ve developed a true passion for supporting others — not only in their physical practice but in cultivating a more connected, intentional, and aligned way of living.

To further share these practices, I’ve built a small team of trusted teachers to bring yoga and meditation into office spaces and special events — making wellness more accessible and grounded in real life.
Yoga is an inward journey of self discovery
