Whether you’re new to meditation and curious to explore it, or you already have experience and want to deepen your practice, I’d love to support you on your journey.

Meditation is the practice of being fully present with whatever arises in the moment. From this space of awareness, we can discover calm and clarity, open up to new perspectives, break old patterns, and transform how we move through life.

The one-on-one sessions are rooted in mindfulness meditation and integrate insights from applied neuroscience, supporting the way the brain and nervous system respond to the practice. My intention is not only to guide you during our time together, but also to offer practical tools you can take with you into everyday life.

Sessions are available in person in New York City or online, so you can join from wherever you are.
