My approach integrates various styles of yoga, including Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin Yoga, along with meditation, deep relaxation, and breathwork techniques. Together, we'll create a practice that supports your unique journey.

Private Online Classes 

Online Yoga

Online private yoga classes will allow you to connect from anywhere in the world, making it convenient and providing a comfortable experience without having to leave your own space.

I will follow your journey closely, guiding you and offering tools to build your yoga practice and obtain all the benefits that yoga provides.

The sessions are based on Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga. Meditation, deep relaxation and breathing techniques are also included.
