Mindful Living Mentorship

Through my journey—not only as a yoga and meditation instructor, but also through my own life experiences, challenges, and deepening my knowledge in areas like neuroscience and mindfulness—I’ve realized that my passion goes way beyond guiding people through movement or meditation.

After completing several in-depth courses and doing a lot of self-study, I created this space to support you as you navigate life’s ups and downs, move through healing, and find new perspectives. This mentorship is here to help you reconnect with yourself and explore new ways of seeing and going through life.

The one-on-one sessions bring together tools and practices like neuroplasticity and applied neuroscience, mindfulness meditation, breathwork, gratitude, and journaling. We won’t just talk about these topics—you’ll learn how to bring them into your day-to-day life in ways that feel real and sustainable, so you can create meaningful shifts over time.

The mentorship is held online or in person in New York City.
